haha have not posted on this tumblr in a long long time. Anyways. Going to talk about some nonsense that no one cares about.

    First thing on my docket.

Why the hell are magazines put out on the shelves for the upcoming month? I want to go to a store and get the NOVEMBER issue of a magazine not the December or even worse January issue of it. Its nonsense. Its like when they release a 2012 car in April of 2011. Why? why call it a 2012 car when it is currently selling in a lot of the year 2011. but thats beside my point. I wanted to pick up 2 November magazines. One was game informer and the other was PC gaming. They both had articles I believe that were about 1. Mists of Panderia(wow) and 2. League of Legends and now i cant read them.

I am sure with the magic that is the Internet i could find them. But i mean come on aren’t business that are paper currently loosing a ton of money each year anyways? Shit keep selling old issues and give out bullshit you can only get in the paper version. Who cares what it is, just something that motivates people to by your damn magazine.

Now to my next bit of ridiculous crap.

I am none to happy with the current trend of video games going with this real money market. Why am i required to buy this bs item to be as good as this guy? i mean i am over simplifying this but what a waste of money. You do not actually own this intellectual property and they can take it away from you at any moment. Its one of the reasons why I debate about continuing to play World of Warcraft. after they shut those servers down all the money I spent being able to play is gone. I have no actual control over those things. And that’s not even buying actual items. A real good example of this is from a game called A.P.B(All Points Bulletin). It was a cops and robers game set in an ever changing partially destructible world. Like a mmo version of Grand theft auto in simple terms.

Anyways. The game was $50 and if you pre-released you got all this free time to play and instant beta access. Well first off the game was as compatible with your computer as metal in a microwave. Also, there was a serious disadvantage from one side to the other. Tasers… screw that( haha you have to have played to know what i mean). But anyways after the first 3 months the company went bankrupt and everyone that bought the game or pre-orded it were screwed. Especially the people who bought extra time or in game weapons. Cause if one of these games falls through the ground everyone involved in screwed out of their money.

In a sense its more a lot like Internet gambling. Where is the line between occasional buying and emptying your bank account. haha good luck to anyone that plays those games. I will certainly try to avoid them as long a possible.

    Thanks for reading.
haha nevermind no ones going to read this.

    Screw you.

    Sprinkles

Lately i have begun revisiting alot of my steam games. COD, half-life 2 and portal. Just pre orded Portal 2 and i really don’t know what to expect. The first game was pretty epic.

Now, i hate the phrase “jumping the shark” it is a reference to movies and is from an episode of happy days. So my question is why is it now so damn popular? Happy days was from the early 70s to late 80s. Is this some sort of bullshit nastalgia? Well if it is stop it. Stop it now. I will roll up the news paper and beat you with it if you don’t.

    Ah more bullshit inserted here.

    and done.
